I looked for section Debate or Discussion, had a difficult time finding it. It seems to be under: Sub-Forums : Expired / Repost / Not valid in Canada. Sometimes I have a lot of difficulty finding things on SC, even though it has a zillion heading and sub-heading. It was a long time before I discovered the Tea Room in the first place.
