I did some more shopping today. We ate at Burger King with some peelers (coupons) and I took ds2 across the parking lot to the mall while Dh went back into burger king with ds1. Ds1 suddenly really had to use the washroom 10 seconds after leaving. So I stopped inside the bus entrance to the mall to sit on the bench with ds2 while waiting. As soon as they got back ds1 told me that Dh bought me a Tim's ornament that snows when you shake it. Poor Dh finds it annoying that he can't/won't keep a secret from me (when he has one or both kids) because the kids will tell me everything lol.

We also got some groceries which was the main thing we were shopping for today. We got ds2 new winter boots (ds1 got his 2 weeks ago) and a much needed haircut (ds1 got his haircut right before school started). Dh did get 3 new amiibos for a friend (who will pay him for them. We just picked them up for them before they sold out) and 2 for himself. And we bought ds2 a couple of ninja turtles half shell heroes toys for Christmas. Except for next weeks groceries we are done shopping for the next 2 weeks since we have to pay rent and bills.

I think I am shopped out for a while anyway. The crowd at the mall today was way too big and it's just going to get worse closer to Christmas. I might do my usual grocery shopping with Dh and ds2 on dh's day off (while ds1 is in school) since the stores aren't as busy during those hours. I might also do my annual "barricading" me and the kids inside while Dh is in charge of braving the crowds/horrible weather for food and Christmas gifts.

My package is mailed and my buddy should have it by Wednesday at the latest. It was 9.14kg!

Lol one of mine was just over 13kg and the other one just over 10kg for one of them i couldn't find a proper box so i had to feel the top with newspapers .. probably had to pay extra for shipping for that reason but it's ok as long as my buddy likes it (lol I sure hope so) .

Time to focus on getting the rest of my Christmas shopping done, maybe I'll go out after work today. My 8 year old has been BEGGING Santa (lol) for a Legendary Yoda... those things are almost 200 bucks!!! But, he'll probably get it because it's all he really wants. Ugh, now to find one. TRU is probably my best bet.

Boo Im sick. Yesterday at work I had a workshop with 10 toddlers and I managed to get through that, but had to leave after that. I felt so dizzy. Still feel awful so I don't think I'm heading in today either. I feel so bad leaving my coworkers but I'd be pretty useless.
