    Good for you! Definately pays to complain sometimes! We got $30 in free food today from Pizza Pizza for the horrible, almost undercooked meat on our pizza the other day so they sent us 2 free medium, 3 toppings on each pizza and 10 cans of pop today for free!

    I complain when I have to (especially if its a large company). As a business owner myself I believe in good customer service. And if one of our employees is being rude, lazy etc I would like to know. I am just happy the company made good with us. I never complain unless necessary.
    Glad to hear Pizza Pizza made good with you. It makes you feel better when spending your money with them doesn't it
