(2) gain 2.95 litre (huge bottles)reg 10.97 p.m freshco for 4.97 each -buy 2 save 3.00= 3.50 each -running low like 5 bottles of laundry soap
(1) jet dry rinse agent p.m freshco 1.99-1.00 cpn= .99
(2) raspberries 2/3.00 p.m freshco
(1) delmonte fruit cups 2.99-.50 cpn=2.49
(2) special k cereal vanilla 4.48-1.00 cpn=3.48 all with coupons on the box
(1) carnation hot chocolate 2.99 -.50 cpn=2.49
(1) back to nature nuts 3.97-1.00 cpn=2.97
(2) nexxus small shampoos 2.00-3.00 cpn= 2.00 + on overage
(3) nivea lip balm 1.76-2.00 cpn-yes it can be for chapstick i asked-no problem she said= +72 overage on the 3 lipbalms
(1) maple leaf natural selections-wanted to get the deli meat but stood there for awhile -while some workers chatted -not great customer service -so i got ham instead in the pkg 4.97-1.00=3.97
(1) high liner market fish 4.77-1.00 cpn=3.77
(1) busy bone rawhide bones 4.48-2.00 cpn=2.48
(1) small bag of dog chow 5.88-3.50 cpn -was gona expire in a day the coupon=2.38
(1) delissio thin crust pizza 3.97-1.00 cpn=2.97 -havent tried the thin crust yet
(1) kerig cups for coffee machine 12.77-4.00= 8.77 -love that coupon
(4) advil cold and sinus 10 pkg-cpn states any size 3.96-3.00 = .96 stocking up on cold medication -thanks to whomever posted this tip about the advil
(6) golden delicious apples p.m lococos .49 cents apound -paid only .52 centsof course grapes were not cheap 3.90 for a bunch-love them
plus barious other fruit and veggies
here we go again saved 46.00 in coupons from 187.36= down to 149.14
i thanked the couple behind me for their patience and looked over their items to see if i could give them a few cpns but didnt have many -they had a lot of no name items-but she was price matching large boxes of lucky charms-wow she said that is awesome -i told her about all the coupon sites cause she only knew about save.ca -then i told her about smart canucks -i wrote them all down -she thanked me too -so nice to help another person save a bit of money
