    received and deposited my cheque. now i can happily delete their app. (funnily they credited me an extra $5 that i was expecting them to claw back, but they never did! i submitted a receipt for 1 of their offer, but they gave me 2x the cashback. oh well. their incompetence worked in my favor.)

    I'm still waiting for my cheque, I e-mailed them and they sent the cheque in the mail on the 4th. So I'm waiting.

    Also I just recovered 19MB of precious memory by deleting this app.

    DH got his cheque yesterday, for $61! I forgot he had money in his account(I only had $2.75), so I'm really glad I checked and he didn't miss out.

    I've sent two emails to them about not being able to log into my account and not receiving the Groupon credits. No response. I never had had a problem with Snap until now. What a crappy way to treat customers.

    Anyone actually email them and get a response?

    Hubby's check arrived today. I have officially uninstalled the app on one phone. It's a sad sad day. That app was quite the money maker last summer with all the Glade and Cashmere deals. I am still working through my enormous butt wipe stockpile should be set for the rest of the year.

    Yup, had to followup with a second email but did receive a response with apologies that due to higher than normal email volumes, taking a while to get through the backlog.
