wasnt the fastest job but i am happy with it, the stonework was pretty much mine, the gazebo and pergola was two of us

It is really beautiful.
Had that done, stone work last summer when my front step fell off.
My house was only 5 years old then too.
I posted a few pics of before and after....
I had to have some thing done quickly as I was afraid someone might fall.

Hey All!

I'm still feeling like I'm coming down with something but still trying to avoid it! I'm going to have another sauna tomorrow, my eyes feel really tired, so I should go to bed earlier but I have a hard time doing that!!!

Walked through the St. James park today around 1 p.m. There was a lot of clean up going on and still a few tents and people and police of course. They really can't expect to just live there indefinitely, it's good to make a strong point but they don't own that park!

My neighbour a couple of streets over went out of his way to find out where I lived to tell me a sad story about his pets.
He used to walked his dog and cat in the park. They were so amazing! The best of friends. Well he got a call that his cat was found in a neighbours yard and she was dead. Then two weeks later he witnessed his little dog get runned over by a car speeding down their quiet street. So tragic.
In June I had photographed Bugsy in our local park and given him the prints. He loved it so much that he has asked for jpg's to make scrapbooks for his grandchildren. I pray that his heart heals and that he and his wife will be able to cherish their memories.

How sad for your neighbour, but he's so lucky to have you as a neighbour... I'm sure that he is very grateful for the time that you spent taking the pictures and for the memories that he will cherish forever....

Welcome back Jetman!!! Believe it or not, we actually still have a bright orange phone that looks very similar to this one that we got more than 25 years ago as a shower gift (since we had an orange kitchen at the time ).... we currently have our magic jack connected to it....

Hi everyone; happy hump day

what a busy 24 hours !! friends over last evening 4 awhile; stayed till almost 11, so HAD 2 give them dinner unexpectantly

then an early morning appt.
out of here by 5:45 (boy was I tired) then had a VERY minor accident

just glad 2 be home

I think it's going to have to be an early night for me. I lay down "for a minute" while my dinner was heating up & woke up 3 hrs later to a howling cat (no, he wasn't starving, they were served dinner, apparently the smell was getting to them, as evidenced by the pool of saliva in front of the microwave ).

I think I have seen some of their kiosks around the city. Only a buck or 2 per day for movies. Sounds reasonable.
