Hubby came home with a WHOLE LOTTA FREE cheese!!!

Sometimes the universe simply just provides! My husband, who is a mechanic, occasionally gets gifts from his regular customers.....pears from people's trees....case of beer at Christmas....homemade baked goods, etc. Well today was a HUGE gift from a very nice couple. Because of the terrible weather we are having here in ON, a lady's husband couldn't attend a homeshow that he was suppose to, so he had some extras products that didn't make the trip. And just as a side note, my husband's sister is in town from AB and I promised to make her my homemade lasagna. Now I was going to buy BD cheese for $4.44 and use my $1 coupon for the cheese. Well, my hubby walked through the door tonight with a GIANT bag (2.5kg) of Saputo shaved mozzarella cheese!!!! I couldn't believe our luck!! SO......MUCH......CHEESE!!!

So interesting about mechanics getting stuff at work - my son is a 3rd year apprentice mechanic, and the guys get stuff all the time from customers - baked goods, pizza and other food for lunches, ice cream treats in the summer, etc. I just didn't know it was a thing, but it's very nice that customers appreciate a good shop and great workers.
