Could someone please tell me what I can do, I did my 1st redemption today but took my husband along who was ready to leave before we got there and when the cashier was ringing in my products I didn't really pay as much attention as I should have since there was a long line up. I bought 4 Zest body washes and were to be 2.99 but rang up at 5.49 and a couple other things my total redemption was for $259.28 but with the wrong prices they owe me around 45.00$. can I take my receipt back and get the money but buy more product? Thanks

I have the same problem on 3 of my 5 redemptions, going to have to go back to the stores, very annoying.

personnally, i would go back with receipt and products .....they must give you one for FREE and ajust the difference and probably ask you to buy something for the difference they owe you....that would be the fair thing they could do....but it's just my opinion

Would I have to go back to the store I bought the product from, it was 1 hours away from home but went there because they had the stuff I wanted but have one 20 minutes away from home?

In our city, adjustments have to be made at the SDM where things were bought. I don't know if that's like that everywhere.

on my first redemption today there was an error, the batteries rang in wrong. Hubby went to the counter while I was filling the cart the second time- they gave him back $43 something in cash, no questions asked. Got home and relaized they hadn't given us all our bags AND I'd been over charged for the chocolates (3 boxes) so we went back again- another scope plus they were kind enough to have put our bag at CS. All in all I got $1106 in products and spent just over $40 OOP- they were awesome about the coupons and the returns.

I'd go back. Since your total cost will be below the $250 redemption once the corrections are made I would be prepared to have items in your cart you are ready to get to bring you back up to the $250 mark. However, I have no experience with redemptions prior to today so anything I suggest might not be valid, it would just be what I do to cover my own but in case they ask right there and then, so I'm not scurrying around last minute.

As explained elsewhere on here on a thread I started, Chris got 2 Head and Shoulders yesterday and was charged $12.49 for each. He did not realize this until long after getting home and was entering his list into a post on here.
So he went back to the store with his 2 H&S and receipt in hand and long story short, they SCOP'ed the one bottle for $1.99 and rang up the other one for $11.99.
When Chris mentioned about his BP, he was repeatedly told that it would not make a difference. He had went and got some items to make up the $10.00 difference but the supervisor told him it was not neccesary to do it so he did not buy anything else.
His redemption total with the 2 $12.49 H&S came to 254.72, we have not worked out a new total, but obviously if one was $10.00 off, then that brings the total redemption way below the $250 mark... but he was told that would not matter.... Sure hope she was correct and there is not a sudden "adjustment" in our points!
So I would say yes, take them back, after all it is your money! But try and get clarification on how this effects your points redemption in the end....
Another suggestion is to hold off until Monday and call the 1-800-SHOPPERS and explain it to them and see what they say. If you do this, I would ask for someone higher up then who answers your call and either ask them to email their answer if it is in your favour or make very copious notes about your call with them, and take it when you go back to the store!
Chris and I are going to be watching our points carefully in the next week or so to make sure nothing happens with them!Is it baseball season yet?

The only adjustment I ended up making to my list was to buy 3 boxes of large garbage bags as they put them on for $4.99 rather than the regular $7.99 shelf price.
It did mean that I was 2 dollars & change under my $250, but that was fine since I really did not want to have to think of yet something more as a filler.
I watched every price that went in like a hawk to make sure that nothing was showing up incorrectly.
