G'day, everyone!
Well I sure did something to my back; it feels as if it's broken in half, unlike a sciatic pain. So, finally I'd had enough and against our dr's wishes, took a Robax Platinum.
So I'm stuck here until it starts to work, then I'll just sit and wrap presents and my Hubby can stick them under the tree...it always looks to much prettier that way. Although I've corralled almost all of the presents into a large plastic storage container, there are others I've stuffed in other places and if I wait too much longer, I'll forget where I put them.
I hope you're all having a pretty darn good day!

Happy Tuesday!
@Lynn49 - sure hope you are better soon!
Thanks @flemeth - I just caught the coupon through my email just before I came on here.
Nurse just visited - BP lower than my normal, but okay. On leg, still waiting for the wound to dry and get the scab off!
Weight down ten pounds in the past ten days. In my case, I would rather be eating!
Have a Fab day!

@danger_dan ....it took a man to think with an appendage rather than his brain...hahaha!!!
@Natalka , you've just got to force food down your gullet to try to get healthy, no matter what it tastes like! Close your eyes and pretend it'a all ice-cream...I mean, if you can't taste it, it could be, right?I'm really concerned your muscles are wasting away with the insufficient protein that you're getting...your skin will continue to break down wounds will take longer to heal, if they do at all.......Honey, I'm really worried about you!!!

Lots going on in here but I was watching some taped shows from last night, then reading a few chapters of a new book and ....oh yeah BREAKING my diet! ugh! ( again! )
This too shall pass......from my mouth to my hips! @flemeth !! awesome of you to post the link for the coupons. I'll be passing the freebies onto a friend who owns the type of coffee maker that uses those capsules. ( mine is Tassimo )
@avoncallingu oy!! the elevator repair schedule and Tootie's tinkling schedule are clashing....hope that can be worked out.
sending both you and Lynn some healing vibes for your backs.
btw, loved the phrase Pysio-terrorist! treatment can feel torturous at times, especially in the beginning when the actual injury is being dealt with.
oh my goodness @Natalka , you're still losing weight? That certainly is not good news, but you're aware, no scolding here.
There must be a way for you to get proper nutrition into your body....I did like Lynn's idea of imagining everything was ice cream! Have the care workers expressed any major concern yet over the dropped pounds? keep us posted.
Today was the day I did all those errands I had put on hold yesterday. It was a bit of a run around, but no traffic OR " people " getting in my way, so that was perfect. Was back home before the mailman came around, all good! I have 4 more Christmas gifts to wrap now. @Lynn49 ikwym about shoving wrapped gifts all over the place, in the past I did forget that I had placed some stocking stuffers in a bedroom drawer and found them after the New Year! ha ha

Thank you @flemeth
Well, just back from the dentist. Face is half frozen, had a couple of old fillings redone today. YippeeWhen he was done, he suggested that I get up and rinse. Bad idea. A frozen face and a mouthful of water don't work together. Good thing I was leaning over the sink. Nine hundred dollars to sit in the chair for an hour. I'm in the wrong line of work. Thank God for insurance.
