Hey I had a good day. Lots of groceries and had my hot stone massage. It was really good and I felt relaxed after. My back was over 80% better. I hope everyone has a Good Friday. Also been working on my down dog.

Hi, all!

Things have stayed relatively stable for me, glad the huge nausea didn't return. I did not feel like eating supper yesterday, though, just did a bit of grazing - like trying anything - a bite of a chocolate almond bark, some Munchies mix, a bit of soup, several popcorn kernels, a few slices of pear...


Nuthin' going on today, so that is good.

On the weekend, I had emptied the potatoes we had left in a bag into a small box - they were growing those creepy things out of their eyes.
My Vader kitty was not impressed, and I swear she gave me the stinkeye every time I went into the kitchen - she loves to chew on the potato bag. Weirdo!

ha ha !! Hands down @Natalka , your 2 posts raised my giggle meter onto tilt! That one about the stages of cat ownership....oh lord! so true....and well nuff said about Red Ridings I.Q.
I was able to get Rufus in for a very early a.m. grooming. I paid the extra to have him done " express ". ( one groomer is assigned him ) they bathe, blow dry and clip/trim/groom hm with no breaks, in other words no sitting in a cage all stressed out.
In the past he was placed together in the same cage with Murphy, as they both partially dried and waited their turns for grooming.
But now it's " table for one " so I'm pleased I could do this for him. Think of it as a Fast Pass like they have at the amusement park rides...hee hee
When i went back to collect him they said he was an absolute sweetheart but is adamant about what he likes touched and what he doesn't like touched! His paws being the thing that they struggled with the most.
He's deep in snore land atm, all clean and spiffy!

I was able to dash to fill the tank with gas, hit Sobeys, FreshCo and Rexall while he was being tended to.
Collected 25 BAM on a 95 redeem at Sobey's, snagged 4 Cashmere and some Gain dryer sheets for free at Rexall using my last $15.00 GC. Then scooped up the the 18 pk eggs and an 8 lb case naval oranges from FreshCo...nice sales there.
Safe bet the remainder of my day and evening will be relax time.
