Another early start to my day....by choice, sort of.
It's Thursday already! Where has my week gone?
Last night I finally found the energy to sit and wrap all the gifts....ugh! so many....DD and both DS's and DH's.
These are only the ones that I had ordered online and arrived. I am still waiting for quite a few.....some may cut it very close, some will arrive after Christmas.
Does anyone else do what I do for the ones that don't arrive in time to wrap? I print out a large photo of the item out and wrap it up.....gets a few laughs.

I did not buy any Christmas gift for my family . We decided there will be no gifts for us. We a sponsoring a family to give them a nice Christmas we are buying the food and gifts it’s a family of 4. I also want to include a gift card for groceries. I have always support this event since my kids was in school .But this year I wanted to be responsible for a family .

@flemeth, Bless your heart for supporting a family through Christmas. We all have ways of giving back, but when it's personal like that, it must feel so different from a financial donation. :love2:
@walkonby, I've had to do that once: printing out a photo of a gift that didn't arrive in time and you're right...it was fun and receiving that gift after all the hoopla died down was also fun!
@danger_dan, enjoy your long weekend....have you shopped for your Lady, yet, or are you waiting until the 24th? :tongue:

@natalia - I hope that your doctor knows about the new development of your not being able to "tell" your -(was it arm, or leg?) to move. It could be something more serious that needs attention.

I have to run down and get my supper and then I have a zoom meeting with our church anti-racism and inclusion committee from 7-9.
They are talking about maybe putting our region into "lockdown" status.

@Lynn49 since it our first time sponsoring a family I am a little anxious since I want it to be perfect.we do have an idea what the want and will try our best to give them there wishes. As for the food not too much diet restrictions so that’s easyQuote:
