Goodness, how awful for you, @walkonby , @Skippy and Mrs Skippy, having covid. I hope your symptoms are no worse than a bad cold, and you're over it very soon.

Finally the humidity left, so my arthritis isn't as hard to live with. Our SIL'S cousin from the Lighning is here with his family and they're lovely. Their kids are thrilled they can wander around the park without parental supervision in our park, lol...although our GS keeps an eye on them.
I made no mention of their loss to Colorado....:yikes:..hahaha!

Woke up to this emergency alert. Actually we were already up but just relaxing with some coffee and tea.

We are very close to the RCMP detachment and it’s been news crews all day. The closest shooting to us was less than 5km from our place. We had to head to the general area as I needed to get to the bank and saw the aftermath. Scary.
