No more cone of shame!
Good morning! Sewed a replacement for the cone of shame for one of our DD's family cats...dermatitis apparently.
So I sewed a soft roll, used velcro so they can close it to her size and it's working perfectly! She can eat, drink, play
with the catnip toys I made for the 3 of them yesterday!
A performance today at a local church, lunch there, then off to visit DD with a friend....a busy day for this old lady!!

@Lynn49 many thanks on behalf of the wife for the broughie suggestions.As far as your performance goes do you sing/play an instrument or dance,or a combo?
As for the leafs @walkonby ... my prediction is they'll win their next cup for our bicentennial as I could not believe what I was watching on Sunday.
Got the heating pad on as body aching despite this beautiful weather.That said, my time is up as I need to take my cat for his run.

@Skippy, you’re welcome! Those broughies are a blessing for my diet! Which reminds me it’s time to cook up a half dozen eggs in my wonderful and far too cute Dash egg cooker (right, @walkonby?). If anyone enjoys eggs, this little thing cooks boiled, scrambled eggs…a set it, forget it process! And that business of peeling eggs? So much easier!! Just tap a few times on the non-pointy size, they peel off in 2-3 large pieces! They’re on Amazon, about $35…DASH brands….cutest ever and never leaves our countertop, lol. It’ll be coming to camp with me…I may buy one just for camp.
23 today! I have a few healthy lupins or delphiniums that are about 8-10” tall…..anyone know when I can put them into the ground? We may get frost so usually the Mayblong weekend is planting season here, but I don’t want them to get leggy, they’re so healthy now!!
Ok, another coffee, breakfast then more stacking of stuff to bring to camp, opening Saturday!!

@Lynn49 we are most definitely connected!! I used my pretty turquoise egg cooker this morning! Lickety split, 7 eggs turn out hard boiled in 16 minutes. Peeling is a joke it's so easy. In the fridge they go and when any of us feel like an egg salad for one, it's mash, add mayo, S & P and eat! lol Cleanup? what cleanup? My machine also sits on the counter and gets used every few days. I'm having trouble remembering my password for Disney+ . Why are they making me login now? I joined in April, and never had to login after that first time. Grrrr! Brain...get working.Quote:
