Since I was up before 5, I spent the early morning going through my inbox and have it down to just 8 emails I need to deal with or reply to and no SC notifications so yay for productivity. Did my nails too.
Just waiting for the mall to open because I need to pick up some props for a photo shoot today for work. Weird list that I hope is for two separate shoots because otherwise it makes no sense to me, but hey being paid to go shopping is fine by me.

We got the lowdown on the kids' friend on the slope at Boyne...SIL said it was a nice, easy run, he got down the hill and waited, and waited, for his friends to show up, who had been just a few yards behind him. He finally arrived and said he hurt his wrist on a fall, but he was fine to go up again. Not so much. SIL had to signal the lift operator to slow down the lift, his friend nearly fainted in pain, and had to be taken down the hill on a sled by the rescue crew. Anyway, he had his surgery back in the Sault yesterday and is resting fairly comfortably. I can just imagine how the drive back to the Sault must have felt, poor guy. The kids flew home and arrived here around 6:30.

Natalka, jeepers, I'm concerned about what you alluded to Wrt new problems that popped up feeling from your flu. Have you been to your doctor? I hope you can get a handle on this and start getting healthy again, .Hon.

I hate winter hats, I got one from Arsene a few years back that wasn't bad but I couldn't find it after the move.
There aren't many of them around...mostly toques which are fine for walks, etc, but for generally being seen in pubic? Nothing. I did see a few in stores in the US...should have picked a couple up there...:(Quote:
