Today we have blinding but glorious sunshine again! The white stuff is slowly melting!! Puddles everywhere but not any complaining from me.....nope!

These long beef rib are really taking a long time to become " fall off the bone " tender. What gives ?? FALL OFF the bone already will ya? I pressure cooked them first and that usually does the trick but these have been " finishing " off in the oven for way too long.
The flavour is there,....Mmmmm. but I want them very tender.

I hope your sty improves on its own without the antibiotics Lynn.

Oh and what can I say about you @Natalka !!??
The excitement you've experienced from the many caregivers as well as cheerleaders on your progress is so heartwarming!
ha ha to your DH for pretending to give you razors as a Valentines Day gift.

@Lynn49 -ouch! a sty! My mum always had us put a wet teabag over our eye to help with getting rid of a sty. I think it's the tannic acid that helps.

@Natalka - have you seen any pictures of Milan's new place? How far away from you is he now? My BrotherR went through the kind of exercises you are describing when he was recouping and being evaluated for his balance and mobility, so I can picture what you are talking about. Great progress!

Well, need to vacate here in a while and every time I load up Tootie she just shakes thinking we are going to the vet.

I have to continue washing bedding so ariva derchi my friends until later.

@avoncallingu - I had seen the pics of his place from the ad, then he sent me one of the living room. Like he said, he had enough out to live, but really had to unpack and get things sorted.

He's in an area called Sutherland, about 20 minutes to the hospital - I am on the west side of the city, he is across the river east, about an equal distance.
To our home, he is about 10 mins away.

Yesterday when he was here, he said how nice it was to be able to stay later, even being a bit tired, and not having to make that 45 min drive to where he was living before.
However, it's funny how it's taken him a week to get his mornings sorted, he was so used to getting up at 6 to start work at 8. He said each day he was getting to work at 7, then 7:15, etc. as he figured out his new route.

Well, I made out a grocery list for husband, in case there is anything he needs from it. I also made a wish list of a few things for myself, but most is stuff from home.

Bye for now, I am going to stretch out for a while before supper comes.

Hi Good morning all I guess I missed lots of post yesterday so will eventually catch up with every activities.

My DD is home for the week it’s reading week.
Going to visit my SIL today so there goes my Saturday Will be in the kitchen this morning to bake a few things to take over.

Good morning, Happy Caturday!

Lots of fluffiness flying through the air, it's quite lovely.

Had trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep, but when I did sleep, I sure didn't want to get up this morning.
Just had a Saskatoon berry muffin for breakfast and am sipping on a cuppa.
Got almost all my meds, when she finishes, I am going to try crawl back in bed until someone needs me to get up - I will see whether that works or not.
