So I sent a support ticket to crowdflower about the casino tasks, and just got this response:

We have taken note of this issue and have pulled down all tasks of this type for maintenance. We take this very seriously and we deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused. The last thing we want is to unfairly penalize people for working on our tasks correctly. You can expect these tasks to be available again in the very near future. We appreciate your choosing to work on our tasks and hope you will choose to do so again in the future. Thanks again for your patience!

I had used the "Help" button 3 times recently and commented about my inability to complete the tasks.
Eventually this evening i got the exact same reply you did ...and yep, i see the tasks too..bizarre
