Finally used a bonus points offer for Friday as I got 20000 pts for spending over $50 on something (printer ink that is $74.99 in-store if stocked). I have to remember to buy ink on only those days with points offers. I don't ever want to order the ink online again with the dicey delivery service.

Just a heads up: if you have an offer that says something like spend $5.00 and get 1000 points, be aware that if you buy 3 of a $9.99 item, the total is $29.97…you will only receive points on $25 (5000 points) because the total is more than a .02 cent difference from $30.00 Just had it ‘explained’ to me by email from a PC points rep.

This is kinda ymmv. Some offers do round up, some don't. I have no idea when or why.

Nothing exciting but today's 20x points offer and some repeat offers on Wonder bread or Old Mill bread, No Name frozen veggies or Emergen-C supplements.

I was glad I bought Canon Pixma inks (not yet inserted but on standby as I run down the colour cartridge) two weeks ago at Shoppers with that 20x offer. Today I saw what Bro's no-name replacement ink did to his HP printer (the old one)-he had a large orangey-spill on the lower half of his page printout and ink got on the tray too plus his shorts. He had popped in 2 no-name inks yesterday so there's the lesson for HP printsmart printers (they know non-HP inks).

OK, I have a 2500 pts personal offer for one can of Perrier Energize water. Assuming I can find it, those points will get me just past 10000pts for a $10 redemption next time in Fortinos or Shoppers!

And system noticed I had purchased an Apple gift card recently so...
