Well I had an interesting thing happen yesterday. I was offered 10,000 points with PC express for a spend over $100. I had ordered Cashmere and Scotties to apply for the $10 Kruger gift card but my Scotties rang up at full price i.e. $11.99 each instead of $3.99 . I didn't have access to the online prices so I went to customer service and returned the 4x6 packs of Scotties. When I came home, I realized that even though I had still spent over $100 after the return, they reversed the 10,000 pts. I called PC express and they gave me my 10,000 points back quite fast.
After chatting with a nice PC express lady, I realized that yes, I should've waited till I got home and submit in a complaint to get the price adjustment to $3.99 and SCOP one of the items (I wonder if SCOP applies to online orders..not really something I've thought of)

I donated the Cashmere to the food bank along with 4 boxes of cereal so that felt good

Wellwise part of digital Shoppers flyer shows an in-store/online CPAP event on select masks, tubes and accessories until Oct. 20.
As well as 25% off select canes and rollators.

Since a friend used her PC Opt card to get the senior's discount on Thursday earlier this month, my cane was acquired with a discount at my local store.

Friend is having issues with PC Optimum. Her card is set to earn & redeem but on the weekend she could not use points on a weekend Halloween candy purchase as cashier said card is set to earn only. Sigh.

I can't even imagine how someone came up with this combo offer that we got one of our accounts this week. 1000 points for buying at least $20 of fuel at Mobil, ending today. 1000 points for buying a dozen large no name eggs at Loblaws, ending tomorrow. An additional 5000 points for doing both. huh?

RCSS has No Name cheese bars on for $3.99 in the flyer, but it is an app exclusive offer. Does anyone know how to get this? It says in the flyer to open the app or go to pcoptimum.ca to get the offer, but I can't find it in either place. Thanks

I would guess that you don't have the offer because RCSS is not your home store.

Thanks for the input. That's frustrating! My home store is a No Frills, but I shop at RCSS on Saturdays in a different town when my son has baseball training. I was so excited when I saw cheese for $3.99. lol

It seems that an account's home store is based on where it is used most, so if you have or can create a second one, you can set RCSS as its home by mainly using it there. Might take a while for an existing account to switch. .
