    for those of you needing to boost your points, check the app as there are some big point offers on Friday. I will be able to get 16000 points and push DH to the max reception level which means we will have two of the max and one of the second level redemptions. Fingers crossed thy have the Pokémon DS games as I need three and that is almost one redemption.

    I'm going to do my redemption tomorrow and I have a question as I'm a first time redeemer (LOL) I have some good offers this week, but am wondering will I earn any points if I am redeeming points? For example, I have 20x points on milk, so am I better to buy my milk in a separate transaction than my redemption? Thanks in advance for any advice!

    HAVE FUN!!! You will not earn your 20x on milk, or any when you spend offers (there are no base points to multiply). However, if you have something like 400 points on butter, you will get those if you buy the butter. Hope that makes sense.

    I did 5 redemptions over the course of the day at 3 different shoppers! So fun!!! Well stocked on things now, and bought a ton of Christmas presents and teacher gifts. A great mix of fun and practical

    I encountered an awesome cashier who rang up my items and told me when the sub-total was $170. He used my points and then took off my coupons & I paid nothing. He did this twice for me.

    Question! The flyer says $40 worth of points.. it when I read the fine print I took it as they were valuing the $40 at the 95k level... but when I do the calculation at a 95k level its more like $53... is this right? (30k at 95k level would be $53)

    The will not value it at the highest level but the lowest level as stated in the flyers fine print you will earn 16000 for 50000 & 30000 for 95000
    8000=$10
    22000=$30

    But you can value them however you like

    It's weird that $40 in points isn't a redemption level, so you can't actually cash them in to get that amount, you'd need to use less or save up for more. At this point, I think I might just save them for the February conversion, when I can actually use $40 worth and at RCSS as well.

    With all that said, it was fun to do our last Optimum redemption, got a video game for the DH and nail polish, healthy snacks and cereal for me.
