I am not an happy camper right now...I received the e-mail for loblaw requesting more proofs of papers...I have no drivers licence and no utility bills at my name so I give up.

Send them a phone bill ( cell phone is fine too ) or internet bill ( if in your name ) with critical info like , Phone # or Account # blanked out, that should do also. Need not be a hydro, heating or water bill.

Or join the class action lawsuit. You will get the $ 25 more over there, than people who accept the $ 25 GC. The ones who don't accept the $ 25 GC get $ 25 more in class action lawsuit, and the ones who accept the $ 25 GC get $ 25 less as they will deduct that amount .

Also complain to the Privacy Commissioner, they are already looking into it.

Just so people reading this understand clearly... that's ONLY if the suit is successful AND the penalty works out that the payout to each individual is more than $25.
If the payout is only $10, then anyone who joined the lawsuit buy didn't opt for the GC wont get $35... they'll still only get $10.
However people who DID opt for the $25 GC, wont get the $10.... it will be considered nulled.

I haven't heard anything at all yet, but I'm told by someone that received the GC that there are three pages of terms and conditions that come with it. Has anyone read these fully? are they restictive in what they allow you to do apart from the obious restrictions on what you can and can't buy with the card?

I used my Bell Aliant internet bill, blacked out only the utility bill account number, and they rejected it saying they need to see the account number. This has to be fraudulent in what they are asking for.

i got it too do t have a Driver licence and all the bills are in My DH name . Even if it was 8n mine I would pass

Maybe just keep the last 4 digits or something and see if they accept it.
