Mine got removed because my son used my computer to register for his....at a completely different home address as he didn't have a computer at home and happened to be here. I contacted them and they said too bad....same IP, mailing address doesn't matter, if it is the same IP they throw it out. Sigh.....his apparently will go through and his was ordered much later in the day. Too bad as I had gotten 15 choices and he much fewer. Oh well....next time if I decide to order I won't let anyone else use my computer to order one for themselves. If you ordered for some one else, log in and see if you are getting yours!

As a consumer, it's definitely annoying. But taking the perspective of SampleSource and the companies that bear the cost of providing the free products, it's understandable that they would prefer to reduce the possibility / incidence of individuals getting multiple packs. I'm not saying they're going about it in a good way, just recognizing that there's more to the situation than the consumers' point of view.

This is not a new rule. This has been one of the requirements since day one over 6 + years ago. I have always signed up for my self and three other family members from my iPad and have never had any rejected.
This concern has been a topic everytime it goes live but no one has ever had a problem with rejection. This is the first time someone has mentioned it being rejected. Maybe they get so many requests that they only catch a few
The 4 I ordered for everyone all arrived on Friday.
mark the calendar for the end of September for the next one!
