Hey guys, my uncle just lost his house and had to give up his two beautiful cats.
He had to drive them here all the way from Nova Scotia.

They are male. 3-5 years old.
Neutered. Healthy.
They lived with pigs, huge dogs, and goats so they are great with other animals, they also love children.

They need to go ASAP or they will end up at the Humane Society.

thx guys. ive contacted many cat rescue groups but none of them were any help. These guys are so great, im really hoping someone can find a place for them in thier home soon so they dont have to be locked in a cage.

Try to keep them as long as you can. Unfortunately people aren't all that interested in black or black and white cats because of superstition. I have a black cat myself and love her. I would only recommend bringing them to a shelter if there is no other option the ones I worked in were extreamly high kill for any surrendered animal and the pet often times didn't even get an actual cage it just got put down immediately. Luckily one of those shelters is closed down: Kennel Inn and the second had that massive ring-worm outbreak where everyone had a dose of realisation as to the killing going on behind the scenes.

aw I wish I could have pets right now and I would totally take the black kitty! I don't understand the whole superstition thing at all! If I can find an apartment or condo in Toronto that allows pets I will be adopting a short hair black kitty or cat as soon as I get there!
