    I've done 2 surveys. Very low reward points. Like 20 points for a 15 min survey which equals out to Less than $0.20. I've always looked forward to the TNS surveys in the past I guess we'll see how they turn out with the change and see if it's still worth continuing with them.

    I also redeemed for a $50 cheque right before the change and haven't received anything yet. Hope it still comes.

    I just wanted to let everyone know that I contacted them about when I would be receiving my Amazon.ca gift cards, as they are already past the delivery window and there is no longer any record of them on the new site. They replied with "You should receive your amazon gift card by February 13."

    I just received a $10 Amazon e certificate from last week redemption. When it arrived in my inbox today it said Amazon.com, but worked fine at Amazon.ca(this is what I redeemed it for). It was nice and quick. I'm still waiting for an Amazon e gift card from December.

    I have not received any surveys from then since the website change, but I did finally get a reply regarding giftcards I ordered in December. They told me I should expect giftcards ordered in December by Jan 31st, and to contact them again if I do not receive them by that time. Hopefully they come.

    I just received my first survey from them since they changed over. I'm pretty bummed that the amounts for redeeming have gone up.....and didn't like that with the new survey, at least the one I just did, it didn't tell me ahead of time what I would get rewarded.....well I suppose technically it did, but it was essentially "complete this survey and you'll either get an entry into a draw, or some points". I really like to know beforehand how many points each survey is worth....

    Well, it doesn't tell you in the email how many points or how long it will take, but once you go into the survey, right at the beginning it tells you how long and how many points. Just did one 20 mins for 10 points. That's less than $0.10 for 20 mins of my time. This is really not feeling like it's worth my time.

    I have a feeling they are going to lose a lot of people. 20 mins for .20 is not worth it. I can invest my time into synovate or opinion outpost for better rewards.

    Hmm....maybe they're still working on the update because I'm sure mine didn't let me know how many points I was receiving.....I had to go check my account after and calculate myself how many I'd received. Oh well.....overall I'm still pretty bummed with this new changeover. I was only like 20 points away from cashing out for $20 right before they switched over.....now I'm like 120 points away, or whatever the new difference is Rats.

    I joined this a couple weeks before the change, got a 900 pts survey within a week and was able to cash out for $10. Built up another 500 pts the following week then it switched over. Now I've only earned 50 pts since the change and $10 paypal is 121 more points. Really not impressed with the new site, but I'm holding out for some improvements, or at least until I can cash out my points.

    Agree with all the comments on this one. I really liked TNS and made some easy money with them in the past...now not too sure if I will stick with them. Not interested in wasting my time doing surveys for draws as I want funds either by cheque or paypal. Will give it a couple of more months and see how it works out. I have a feeling that they indeed are going to lose people over this.

    Arg!!! I'm in the "questions to qualify you" part of a survey from them, seemingly near the end, and I have a question the reads "select all that apply" but there are no options and it wont let me move forward....
