This weekend I went to Pharmaprix, and bought my Lays/ Tostitos products, so I can mail in for the $20 wus$20. I made sure I hit my $50, in order to get my scratch card. Got my card and well, turns out I won $50!!! So today, I went back in hoping to also cash in on the Mega points when I use my Optimum card, but cashier, who was also the manager said I could not.
Anyhoo, I bought:
10X Lean Cuisine $1.99 each
2X Crispers $1.99 each
1X milk Nutrilait $7.14 (not the best price for milk, but I think I get bonus pts)
2X Oasis juice $5.00
1X Philly cream cheese $3.49 (not the best price, but needed it)
1X sour cream $1.99
5X Breyers icecream $2.99 each
2 plastic bags$0.10
Total before card: $60. 12
Minus $50 gift card= $10.12 Woohoo!!!!!!!!

Great deal. They ran out of the surprise cards when I was there on Saturday, so I got a $10 voucher instead. Boy, you guys pay a lot more for milk in QC...It's about $4.49 for a 4 Litre jug where I live.
Did a gremlin eat the fifth container of ice cream?

Nope Marstec, unfortunately no gremlin caused this mishap. As I finished sending off this thread, I noticed that the cashier charged me 5 ice creams and I only purchased 4. Arggg!!! The cashier is my husband's cousin and I am too embarrassed to go back and show her. Great catch! I will just suck it up as life experience. Just because the cashier is family doesn't mean that they cannot make mistakes. She is a sweet..sweet...girl and it was not intentional. Completely not worth it for me to go back and fix it.
