busy week, but a good week.
Sarah has offically moved . sigh. it is a really good thing for them really good.

ok so, sold some furnace filters ... chatted with hubby about a bunch of gcs we have from a local restuant, a small non chain one. we will use up the gcs o n take out, just in case. i am watching stuff close due to covid. i want to use them up. its a pretty nice restuarnt, and we have alot of gcs
and i found a local tea place, that will ship all over canada. and is half the price of davids https://theteahaus.com/ i havent tried it yet. but i remember getting some tea there a few years ago and it was very nice. i will do a free shipping when i start to run out of my tea stash....

Better day today, still worked late but was able to get a few things done around the house.

Garbage has been taken out, I kept forgetting to take it out when I got home and would put my pj's on and wasn't taking it out then.

I had some cucumbers on their last legs for I made myself a nice big greek salad for my lunch for tomorrow.

Discovered some of the apples I just bought were already going bad, not happy about this but I sorted them and turns out it is only 4. Will need to find something to do with these, I have a Peanut Butter dip in the fridge so I might just eat them

Also managed to make dinner, this has been a struggle on the days both of us work as Mom is pain by the time she is done work and I come home and do more work just to try to keep on top of it all. Just had Shredded BBQ Chicken Sandwich but it wasn't take-out so win in my books.

I may have to do a mid month shop this month, with being in the office I am eat more but mostly I snack on fruits and veggies so I may need to grab some more mid month to get us through. I was looking at what we have tonight and I think by the end of next week it is going to be slim pickings.

Originally the plan was for me to be out of the branch the end of next week but not sure that will happen now, one of plan B options did not pan out so instead we may aim that I am only needed in the branch every other day. So ideally if I could make it work I would train staff Monday & Wednesday, in the branch Tuesday & Thursday and Friday would be my catch up focus on my work day. We will see, I should have a better idea if this will work Tuesday or Wednesday of next week.

One more day left in this week, I know it was only 4 days long but it felt so much longer.

Went to Walmart before picking up DS at work. Grabbed 2 huge watermelons ( pm $2.88 FB) my youngest is strictly watching what he eats and watermelon is a big thing he loves. ( he has slimmed right down! So proud of him)
Leggings and tshirts for my niece were marked down to $1! I grabbed a bunch for her. Even for pjs! Great deal.
While waiting for DS to leave work had facebook sale. He sent etransfer already and pick up in the morning. Just how i like it!!
My sweet sister went to Costco and treated us to a bunch of stuff. Mini pizzas, sour cream, ketchup, blueberries, chocolate bar and wagon wheels. All stuff we love lol i had a wagon wheel but they need to go! She is so good to us.

Good morning and TGIF! The sun is shining and I can't wait to continue puttering around in the garage

First I need to deal with some work and then the fun starts.

I will wash DS's bedding once he gets out of bed and hang it out to dry. Love being able to do laundry during the day.

Off this morning for 9.30 to "once upon a child" for daughter-in-law she got $18.20 for her clothes

Then popped over to talize no adult puzzles and i tried on a few tops ,but one customer my age decided to have her mask under her nose,really we all have to wear masks ,wear it right .I tried on a few tops none fit .

Then on to the mall to go to old navy to return a dress ,long line ups but i got sunglasses for 7.99 reduced as i think i lost my brown pair .Then wanted to go into body shop just around the corner from old navy ,but they ropped it off and the sign said "ask a customer service person to be let in"In my mind that was not to inviting to go in ,so i chose not to besides they had no sales on except buy 2 or more and save .

Then drove home total spent at mall $9.01

At least i felt better ,yesterday from 1.00 p.m til 5.30 i had an extreme headache ,maybe it was migrane but i rested and didnt cook supper -it was get what you want .

Found my sunglasses in hubby's garage ,now i may return the others as i dont care for them.

Camping stuff sells well! I have found more items to part with. The camping we plan to do is in Algonquin Park and it is not car camping at all. If you can't take it in you back pack it doesn't come with you! I will keep the big 5 day stay cold cooler as it is good to have and great for road trips.

Ordered Domino’s for dinner today. I have lost my enthusiasm for cooking and it was 30.00 with leftovers and I feed two teens so that was a deal. I need to get back to menu planning and the older one will always cook if I have a plan. So next week it will be planned. We did have a few free meals this week because chefs plate which I tried for free processed an order after I cancelled it and when I pointed it out they were great about refunding the money but still sent the meals. I do not get the appeal of these food delivery services, likely because I am spoiled by a kid that is a great cook. The meals are so many steps and so much garbage is created. But we did get a few recipes that we will likely use again. I have two codes for 3 meals for 2 if anyone has never used it before just pm me and I will send the code.
Cashed out my checkout 51 this week. Like FBM I took advantage of the line today. Three loads line dried with another ready to go out in the morning before I head off for the day. The kids will bring it in when it’s dry.

Had something typed out this morning and lost it, then we got insanely busy at work.

My kitchen desperately needs to be cleaned, I did not notice it last night, I think I was too tired but this morning packing my lunch to leave for work was like WOW this needs some attention. My thought was maybe tonight but after my day, nope not happening.

With our Covid protocols the person I am covering has been moved downstairs, granted it is only 4 steps but when half of what your doing prints downstairs, half prints upstairs and then if it needs to be taken to the floor there are 4 more steps it is a lot of up and down in a day. Plus the lapping of the building going from one end to the other in a mask is not fun.

They are still working on a plan to have me back to just being me by the end of next week. I am not sure it will happen but we will see. It would be nice, I felt like I had really found my grove and then I got thrown into being in a branch.

Alright, I think it is bed time for me, hopefully I can get a good night sleep and have some ambition in the morning to get a few things done.

I went to shoppers this morning ,stuck to my list finally was able to get (2) royale tiger towels 4.99-1.00 cpn=3.99.Only a limit of 2 at least they had them in .

Washing the sheets as daughter and her family are sleeping over tonight ,we are heading to an outdoor patio with daughterand sebastian as her hubby has an prior engagement to go to in our city .Then we will head over to son's as he rented a water slide /ballon set up for the girls today ,sounds like fun .

Got a nice surprise today:not in my mailbox lol but 2 liter of fresh delicious sweet and big blueberries from my marraine .It is from my parrain brother bleuetiere and those retail at least 7$ but she gave me some every year!!!
so great to retalk to my marraine we kind of lost the the contact with covid.... and not visit the familly because dad is exposed with his work..
got rib of 2 box of past dated beauty products...

if I receive my pepsi coupons next week and they are 2 ,....I will benefit the deal at IGA buy 2 case of 12 pack pepsi get 2 free..that would be awesome if I receive them before thursday...I hope so

good morning all.

got up early , went to a different town ... they have a shopping area that has... walmart, rcss, 2 pet stores, c tire, and a staples in it.
walmart... nice store, cleaner then London, pretty decently stocked. picked up the few things i needed. went to RCSS- chicken breast on sale. picked up alot. - 14 meals worth. very good deal for me. , then to the fritter shoppe.. hubby had a gift card from work
besides the chicken, i was able to stock up on 2 items that my family enjoys, and makes my life easier.

home now, just resting, i am bbqing for supper. might watch a movie for supper... or murdoch mystries. i am enjoying that one.

i am going to work for about 30 min on the pantry, and get the kitchen spotless.
those be the goals for the day. have fun all

So ... can someone please explain to me why since I retired I have no time to relax??

Having said that I just sitting around today watching the World Snooker Championship on the BBC.
