The package sizes keep decreasing, the cost to buy them keeps increasing, and my appetite keeps increasing. I can't see this being good for my beach body this summer.

President's Choice Kettle Chips went from 220g to 200g. Click and collect says "New" leaving out the size part.
I doubt anybody does this, but I weigh packages to compare actual to labeled quantities. I have a spreadsheet with almost 1400 entries.
PC Kettle Chips I bought last year were consistently overfilled. They ranged from 228g to 258g with Jalapeno flavour usually most overfilled. Little Debbie snacks on the other hand are almost always underfilled.

Not food but PC and Royale double roll toilet paper went from 253 to 242 sheets. (4.3% reduction) PC 30=100 rolls went from 425 to 404 sheets. (5% reduction)
Noticed this as I was looking at a pretty good deal at No Frills (Jun 2-8), 12 double rolls Royale for $2.99 (ON & Atlantic). I plan to use my $5 off WUB3 coupons with it.

12x cans of Chunky 540mL soup on clearance at RCSS for $0.94 each
they are clearing the way for their reduced size cans of 515mL
If Campbells is doing this, then other soup manufacturers will soon follow.
Keep your eyes peeled, as most grocers are going to clear out their inventory ASAP for the new stock. My food may not befit a king, but I eat like a horse.

Time to figure out how to jazz up dried soup mix and skip buying canned soup (though I buy the Lipton's boxes of chicken noodle soup for 4 servings).
Mr Christie's salted tops crackers, the smaller box, states 450g but I remember when crackers were bigger in those sleeves. They look shrunken now."This is the Way." The Mandalorian
