    This week was just so intense for me. It felt like everything was hitting me at all ends.

    I am at a breaking point and need to step away. Im thankful for shabbat now as i will use the day to disconnect and read some books and try and let myself get better mentally

    There are days and weeks when it seems that you are being bombarded on all sides. If possible, take a little bit of time for yourself to recharge and regroup. And if there is someone you could talk to, it could help.
