I have price match at Maxi and used the coupon save 0.75$ on fresh fruit or veggies. That coupon come from ziploc special marked box 4$ in fresh saving... see the post here: http://forum.smartcanucks.ca/4426614-post513.html

This is why I paid so little for my fruit and veggies this week. I've got those coupons on week9 when I buy my ziploc freezer bag for the next season

hi 2010ontest! so, you know i started the sprouts & i wanted to let you know what is happening with them.
batch 1: (these are not the seeds you suggested, but ones i could get in my town at the time~even went in a snow storm to get them . when i get something in my mind...)
    3 jars white dutch clover
    3 jars alfalfa
    errors (LOL)
    1. gave them light too soon, i think
    2. didn't rinse enough (for sure)
    positives:
    1. alfalfa is awesome!
    2. this technique is pretty simple and easy to do (if you follow instructions properly )
    other notes:
    - threw away the clover because they went a bit funky
    - we are eating the alfalfa and it will be all gone by tomorrow!
    - started another batch, but only 3 jars of alfalfa (DO YOU WANT ME TO MAIL WHITE DUTCH CLOVER SEEDS TO YOU? lol, i think they require a more educated, sprout growing person for them)
    - i might start another batch of 3 jars of alfalfa in a day or two!

thank you very much for telling me how to do this! it is very much appreciated!

Cath my IGA give me a raincheck for the danone oikos greek yogurt because that product was back order at Danone. But I think majority of store have done a subtitution for an other danone product to honor that FPC. I found it fair from IGA to do it this way.

Anyway myself I didn't found the danone oikos yogurt enough good to buy it and IMO 3.99$ for 4X100g (total of 400g) is really, REALLY overpriced. I just "buy" yogurt when I have an FPC for it. I save approx 0.60$ to 0.85$ per 650g when I have a FPC for a yogurt tub. Anyway, I prefered the taste and the price of my homemade yogurt

yep, everything go well! But I was more outside in the past 3 weeks and I was to "Expo santé et vivre vert" show march 17 and get a bunch of Natura's coupons... March 24, I was to the woman show of Montreal... and yesterday I was to Montreal section get-together!!! And with all the change on the forum I didn't take time to wrote here.

But more than that, a friend of me just came back and I spent some time with him

I will try to do a recap of the past few weeks soon!

Yay! I'm glad that you're okay. I had seen you were going out of town but wasn't sure when you were back. I do love your brags but wasn't meaning to pressure. Glad you've been enjoying time with friends and family the last 3 weeks! As hard as you work for your family and keeping your home life so organized and running smoothly you deserve a well earned break to enjoy it!!

    cheers!
