Costco has chicken on sale this weekend: boneless skinless breast, boneless skinless thigh and drumsticks.
We looked at the the boneless skinless chicken thighs. $3.75 off per pack. Most packs were around $31.xx. We searched and found a pack at $28.23. We are cooking the thighs and separating for for meals now.

I’m so sorry @Angela273 about you kitty . That’s what I hate about being a pet parent. They can’t talk and we have to make a difficult decision at some point. Hugs to you and your family.

I’m trying to not spend money for the next week or two but have to get some flowers and a card for my client and today I found out another client lost his mother so I’ll be dropping off flowers and card to them too tomorrow.

We have cute little flower stands when you drive out towards the farms so bouquets of peonies will be the flowers of choice.

Since we plan on being away for a couple of weekends so we won’t adopt another cat until late September. We adopted this cat in February of 2008. Our other cat was abruptly put down during COVID. In some ways I found his sudden loss easier to deal with. I booked this appointment a few weeks ago, so that Dh could be there with us. Needless to say, we’re not looking forward to this.

@Angela273: I am so very sorry for you, that you have to go trough this not fun step.... Losing a fur baby a cat is never easy....They are like a member of familly.I am really sad to read that. I feel for you too.My cat Eve is at least 16 years old.We adopted her in 2014.She had already at least 6 years old.She does sometimes asthma .So I am not looking forward to putting her down too.It is hard when your cat health start to be bad and it can unfortunnatly go so fast. They cannot talk but we are still aware of the hurting. Many HUGS for you. Try to stay strong and think about all the good moments memories you have with your cat.It can be a relief.

Hit up NF and Safeway for some much needed veggies and some freezer stuff.

I had a wonderful interaction with the cashier. He was totally happy with me price matching ( he had to call for an override since I did so many ). He even thought my strawberries were a Safeway pm but was excited to find out save on had the bigger size for the same $ so he said that’s what he was going to buy after his shift! He was almost more excited for my savings than I was .

The total was $107.95 used points and paid $7.95 Got 19 Airmiles, 10c Caddle, and 50c on CO51 and earned 1250 in points

Safeway I picked up onions, and garlic $10.87 used $10 in scene points 87C OOP plus 10c on Caddle

Not too shabby to get $118.82 for only $8.82 plus the value of the app offers

    Hi,

Even with AC 3 days of the last week were hard.My body suffered at lot of this heat wave... I tried to stay indoor most of the time but I had to go 2 time outside. It was really hard...

I have so many difficulties since the past months to organize and planify my time properly. I think it is because of my ADHD not diagnostic yet. Before yet a few years ago my brain was not like that... It is not to be lazy...It is that I have difficulties to do it.(being focused and being effective.)

Thursday I went to Super C grocery because I had a rain check for 4 packs of raspberries.(asked 2 weeks ago)Regular price is a small 170 gr container 4,99$ ..They where 2 weeks ago 1,77$ but they where cleared.I went to not mine near my appt but the other Maxi at the end of the city because I was doing others errants that where close. to it.They had some.So I got some . At Super C with the 10% off when not in stock they came to 1,69$ a container..And I paid a little bit with 4$ moi points reward. So cheap raspberries.Really looking forward the vinegar tip for the results. My dad put a fruits in his cereals every morning. So I will always try to find a fruit in the flyer.(Strawberries, raspberries or blueberries.)Regular prices of fruits are so terrible..

Grr I did not find the 2$ Tear Pad Cavendish coupon. But I see you can print the 2$ coupon to at least. Cavendish Quick Crisp bags are 4.00$ regular price at my Maxi yes.I hope the expiry date is at least 1 month.I will have to refill the black ink of my printer. Now they ask a tel or a text number before you can print the coupon. Is that a new way to do it???

And I have a chart for time of cooking of all the food and tips for the air fryer.Yes I finnally bought my Air Fryer!!!!So excited.I checked my Triangle Canadian Tire offers before and I had 3.I went the first day (Thursday) of the new flyer. I bought the Ninja 3,8 L one. They where only 5 on the shelve .So glad I went the first day and earlyThe air fryer was one sale of 60$ reg price 159,99$ sale was 99,99$(=35% off)

It was a long time since I want a Air Fryer and since 3 months I check the flyer sale and it was the best dropped price.

And I bought a Soda Stream too.The Terra in Black reg price 129,99$ sale price 99,99$ so a saving of 30$.

I purchased also 2 more bottles. They were 19,99$And 2 box of Bubbly drops.(One strawberry and one cherry) They were 6,99$ each

I checked the price of the gaz cylinder ...39,99$I hope a cylinder works a long time..... yikes

I made 40,62$ in reward.Considering a few months ago I was not using the card and not downloading the offers that is a win.The 40,62$ reward will be used on dad car fuel or something else.

I had 3 offers.10x Air fryer.,10x Soda Stream,5x Soda Stream and accesories. And they do combine yes.!!!!

But wow on the darn taxes...!!!The receipt total was 268,62$....Almost 40$ on taxes. But I try to see it as an investment that will last long time and will be handy

I dont know for now how to calculed the points rewarded so I was happy.

And I did not wants to take the chance Friday to not receiving good offers I can use.I went to dowload Friday and I had only 1 offer so ....it is a game. I was swapping the offers and I saw a 20x offer for the Soda Stream but 1 availaible and did not last long... And I never saw since 2 month a in store 20 x or 30 x the points...So I did my best.Saving with offers and in store sale 130 ,62$ !!! Seems or I am wrong the store offers equivalent of the points offers triangle you could gain...???

So sorry for the extreme lengh of my post..I apologize.

Cath-way to go on the triangle points ,i have just started swapping the offers for ones i need the past few months -i always thought it was on the app only .
I now have $48 in triangle money .infact hubby went to get car polish the other day .I said wait til i find an offer to swap which i did ,but they go fast .I wondered if you had 2 offers like a 5% and a10% if they combined so glad they do .

I love my airfryer ,i got mine free last year with my airmiles points its a small pull out drawer one .Hubby loves the homemade french fries -my son lent me his starfrit potatoe chopper so easy then i dont have to cut the potatoes with my arthritic hands.lol

I love chicken breasts in it too so moist .Way better for you healthwise also.

Cath -i am finding all the coupons ripped off also .i would have loved the 2.00 cereal one but cant find them ,more and more are couponing i guess due to the cost or else people are just taking too many and not sharing the rest with others.

I woke up at 4.00 a.m today went to the washroom and then fell back asleep .

    Hi!!!
    Good late morning!!!
In QC today it is Saint-Jean Baptiste day.The anniversary of the Quebecer's.It is really dark outside, the rain is for all the day, already started....
    And thunderstorms later too.
So much humidity in the air..grr
So the all the shows that are outside..huh that's is not very good for that...
It will be an indoor day for me,mostly. But I have to go to do a few errands, including a few grocery.Tomorrow it will be close due to the QC holliday. So I expect the groceries stores will be busy with last minutes shoppers...
So I might wait to go out until the rain is less strong...
I saw a deal on red oignions 4,00$ for 3 lbs bag at Maxi (I think it is 6-7 oignions per bag). That is good because one small red oignions can cost 2,00$ yikes.
We had red oignions in our burger ,and in my Greek salad.I readed they are imported by Egypt...wow that is far.QC oignions are not ready yet to be purchased.

I also started to make Big Mac sauce .I added to my burgers. That is a game changer for the taste.!!!I cut the recepie to make less and stay fresh.

Also always search and read for new not costly, and easy ingrediants recepies to make. Now I saw a Natasha Kitchen's Tik Tok Feta pasta.I want to try it soon,it is still the

QC season for asparagus, needed in this recepie..but I am not sure I will pay 3,99$ lbs like more than 6,00$ a bunch.3 weeks ago they where a bunch for 2,44$ on sale go figure it.....

As for now I am also looking for Air Fryer recepies.I will be really excited to cook salmon in it.And on internet cooking site; there a lot of easy recepies too!!! I will check my Dollorama because I saw on fb Dollorama group, sheets that is like parchemin paper to put in the c

recepient of the air fryer to avoid washing it after..Guess I will see if Dollorama carry that. And on a cooking site a silicon recepient but it is like 30$But I suppose with hot soapy soap that the recepient will wash easy.

For some time I bought a garlic sauce.I did not like it.Very strong and concentrate. So when it was on sale at WM I bought a small squezzable bottle of Hellmans Garlic mayonnaise. It was 2,27$ after coupon.I am hoping it is more like an aioli. If I like it I will buy more.I have difficulties with those small squezzables bottles ....tough.I was thinking to keep them to refill with my big containers but they dont seems possible to open the cap...grrr

Currently obsessed with a small restaurant place I take take out.Shawarma chicken.I will try to make my own version because it is expensive. And the roasted patatoes too.I will see if I can buy dry spices at Dollorama because they are cheaper.

At the local libanease restaurant, owner very friendly.I take the plate of Shawarma chickn with a lots of garlic sauce. And they serve it with roasted with herbs squarred patatoes. You have the choice of rice and patatoes togheter but I like the patatoes. And a choice of 2 salads ( I take the Greek one with dressing and feta and the pesto pasta elbows one). And I add marinated turnips this is so good.Cost with taxes is 18,99$ That is my treat sometime.

And I have a fidelity card the 5 meal is at 50% off.

My pressure seems to be a little bit better with the effects of the news pills at least.

Wishing you all a good day.!!!
