sleep makes a lot of difference.when your sleep cycle adjusts itself you should feel a bit better. you may even crash for a few days however. go with it, if you can. then there are people who have very short or no attention spans anyway. thats another problem.
no pointing elbows. seriously if it keeps up talk to the doc.

Take it from someone who only sleeps about every third night (good restful sleep that is) it's amazing what a person can function on. I have always had trouble sleeping and I swear when it's a Full Moon I can't sleep at all. Now I know what you're thinking weirwolf in disguise but I've thought that for years.
The only good thing about is that at some point in time you just crash! I agree with the WalMart shopping part, I wonder why people have a bad experience when shopping there. Could be we know we're going to drop a lot of cash when we go there.

I know the feeling. I've been going on half a brain for about four and a half years now, two little girls, and for some reason, no one wants to slep thru the whole night. And when you finally get everyone asleep, you decide to stay up and read or watch t.v. because it's the only quiet time you have had all day.
Then the fun begins at work when you can't concentrate because you were tired this morning and can't remember if you packed your childs lunch, or the notes, and then think about what you should have done for housework that day, had you not been so lazy, and got up that extra hour early.
If I can get 5-6 hours solid sleep a night, I can function okay, any more than that and I'm still only using half a brain, and I think it might be the wrong half.
