So out the door at 8.00 a.m to go to food basics (i have shopped there the last few times )
the deals i got

(3) reynolds foil 3.99-3.00 checkout51=.99
plum sauce vh 3.49 plus 125 moi points
(2) cherrios 3.48 plus 125 moi pts
whole chicken reduced 12.11-40%=7.27
cucumber .88
strawberries 1.98
black diamond shredded cheese 5.48-1.00 cpn i just found =4.48
(5) of my haddock 2 pkg of fish 4.99 it usually is 6.99-8.99 most places so stocked up


Just cashed out from checkout51 $47.45

Plus found a few coupons 1.00 off protein milk,1.00 black diamond shredded cheese,1.00 yop drinks 6 pkg.

plus a few various other items
spent 135.22-used 5.00 in moi points ,2.50 in coupons and 11.00 from checkout51.

Got my points back up 426

There is a $1.50 coupon for Black Diamond shreds as well (same for Cracker Barrel) I found the black diamond one at Food Basics yesterday and used it at RCSS since the cheese is on sale there.

He just learned he has Parkinson disease.

He will have to take pills.

And is leg surgery will be very soon.

I am a little bit worried.

I know someone else mentioned it and I know it is not ideal but I just got an email from WalMart that right now they have their WalMart pass which covers delivery for a year on sale for $39 for the first year. This may help if you cannot get to stores to at least get the basics.

Good Afternoon,
Oh what a week it has been.

Wednesday I could not stay connected to work by 3:30 I was done so I decided to run to Food Basics for Romaine and Butter Chicken Sauce before the sale ended. I got 2 x 3-pack of Romaine and 3 x Butter Chicken Sauce.

Yesterday I was in head office and was supposed to Grocery shop my way home but instead I just hung out in bro's office until 5 and then decided to just come home and grab pizza on the way.

I was going to shop today but that also did not happen. I don't have a lot on my list and none of what I am getting do we need for the weekend so I don't know, I will shop next week.

The plan is to stay home this weekend as I still have not gotten Mom's car in and she does not have AC (funny, I have lived in multiple houses with no AC, although now that I have it I won't give it up, but I have never had a car that didn't have AC). My car is now constantly reminding me it needs an oil change, I emailed Dad to see if my turn is coming soon but haven't hear back. I know I could go to Jiffy Lube but last time I did that they still did another oil change during my maintenance so I am trying to hold off but if I am at the end of the line I will go to Jiffy Lube next week.

It is funny I regularly stay home on a weekend and prefer it but knowing I am trying to stay home makes me feel like I can't go out. But with that being said, there are no lack of things that need to be done around the house so we will see what tomorrow brings.

4 weeks ago there was a promotion about receive a $5 Royale Coupon for paper toilet when you where sending a 10 sec video.
The coupon should have come 1-2 weeks after.
Never received.
After,they said that will take 3-4 weeks.
In another e-mail 4-6 weeks.
Its been 4 weeks and no news of the coupon.
And in fb couponning sites people already received their coupon last week.( The coupon expire May 30,2026.) (So a short expiry) ( I would have love to have receive them this week there a great sale or free this week in the flyer... )
So today I emailed and they said my coupon is en route.
And for the delay they will send another bonus $5 coupon in 10-12 days.
I hope I will receive them.
Because no coupons for toilet paper just rare peelies exist....

It is just that yesterday all was dark and I could not think.
After his leg surgery I hope my father will be more capable.
If I am not and even if I am with my father I do a lot of anxiety and crisis of panicking at the grocery....

I hope to find those coupons in French at maybe others groceries stores.

I hope to find more tears-pads coupons because my printer is getting low in black ink so another expense soon.....

I will have to request more coupons by emailing compagnies too.
