    I can SCOP at all stores in Quebec. It's the law. Only the mom & pop stores that I don't SCOP. But then again, I don't shop at mom & pop stores.

    Also went for our free 10 x 13 portrait at Walmart. Will be ready in 2 weeks. Happy girl did not push for me to buy any pictures when I said no the first time she asked.
