POTENTIAL WINNER SELECTION
GRAND PRIZE – RANDOM DRAW: One (1) entry will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries received by the contest close date. The draw will be made at approximately 12:00 noon ET on August 2, 2012 in Toronto, Ontario by a representative of the Contest Sponsor.

We will attempt to contact the selected entrant, by email or phone, within five (5) business days of the draw date, with further information on how to claim the Prize. If the selected entrant cannot be reached, for whatever reason, by August 8, 2011 another entrant may be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries or the Prize may be cancelled at Contest Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Before being declared a winner of the Grand Prize, selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question to be administered over the phone or in writing, and complete, sign and return a Declaration and Release Form (and any other documents, as applicable) by the date indicated (the “Prize Claim Date”). Prior to the issuance of any travel documents, guest must also sign and return a Declaration and Release Form. If a selected entrant cannot be reached within the timeframe specified above, is not in compliance with these Contest Rules, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, declines the Prize, email correspondence between the Contest Sponsor and selected entrant is returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address, or fails to return the Declaration and Release Forms (and any other documents, as applicable) by the Prize Claim Date, the Prize may not be awarded and Contest Sponsor may randomly select another entry from the remaining eligible entries at Contest Sponsor’s sole discretion.

GRAND PRIZE ODDS: Odds of being selected to win the Grand Prize in this Contest will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

SECOND PRIZES – INSTANT WIN: Specific entry times during the contest have been randomly pre-selected as winning times on a weekly basis starting each Tuesday during the Contest Period.

INSTANT WIN ODDS: Odds of winning depend on time and date of your entry and the number of actual website visits. It wasn't multiples, there were various promos - I got a lot of gum in those xmas boxes we paid the shipping on and some throughout the year on other promos, not to mention all the cheap gum with the toonies for tummies coupon
