Usually a combination of both - they're supposed to be deluxe samples, but I'm pretty sure I've gotten at least one full size product in every beauty box I've received.
Also - note to anyone looking to subscribe to GlossyBox - you can take $1.50 off your first box by using the code GLOSSY8 at checkout (feel free to use referral link in my sig!)

Monthly subscriptions of beauty boxes is the growing trend..
There are numerous companies out there that provide these beauty boxes that have been talked over the beauty forum on smarts, so i've decided to make an official list of them all below that ship to Canada
If you know of any others please tell
Or if you've ordered before, please tell of your experience!
Luxe Box by Loose Button @ $12/month or $10/month on year subscription.
GlossyBox @ $15/month
Glymm @ $10/month *Mens Version @ $25/Quarter
TopBox @ $10.50/month
Nails - Julep @ $20/month *0.01 promo with COLOR2012
Im planning to sign up for one, looking at reviews im leaning towards either luxe box or the glossybox! Anyone have any suggestions?

Glymm - Received a few of these - around 3 or 4:
Colours sent were not "matched" to a persons taste / skintone. I received colours that just don't look good on my skin. I found that they sent a lot of doubles of stuff (like they would send hand cream one month and then the next, they would send the same hand cream again.)
I cancelled it a few months ago, since I wasn't receiving things that I would use. Overall I would rate it 6/10. Also, Glymm did not send many "deluxe" samples. For $10, I expected more than just 1 face cloth.
Topbox - Love top box. They continue to send great items. Last month I got a full size MARK lipgloss, nailpolish (2 minis), MUFE mini mascara, 6 face cloths (Clean). Overall I really like that top box sends products that I wouldn't have otherwise heard of / purchased, and I like that they send enough product to actually try it out. They also send you a survey asking what you would like / don't want, what your skin tone, hair colour is etc and actually use that to send products you'll use.
I just signed up for Luxebox, I hope it's as good or better than Topbox considering it costs a teensy bit more.

Hmmm, this one is tempting. I really like the element of surprise in these boxes, it gives me a real lift. The other side of it is that I've got so much stuff hanging around from my sample gathering that I'm hesitant to take on more stuff. Excuse me, I mean the Glossybox is tempting me!

i've tried the julep box before. it came with 2 polishes and a hand treatment. the polishes are great quality. they went on smoothly and didn't chip on me. i wouldn't pay $20 for it because i'm not a nail polish buff and you can't customize the colours in your box. but at $0.01 shipped, it's a great deal

The reviews for this month's GLYMM are hitting FB. The only happy ones are the ones who can use the coupon for the hairdryer! Reports of really small samples, all grooming, no makeup.
Really glad I baled on Gly.

Just looked some of them up - glad I did too, I definitely wouldn't have been happy with this month's. Also, looked up the Nu Me website - most of the products are pretty expensive - to get a good iron or dryer it would end up costing upwards of $100 with the discount.
Looking forward to Glossy this month - and can't wait til TopBox starts for me.
