Remember the double-dipping? Spend $100 get 100 airmiles - in the flyer, AND also using the Spend $100 get 100 (or 150) airmiles from the email? Well, only the 100 airmiles shows on my statement.
Kinda peeved cause the cashier scanned my 150 airmiles FIRST and then she entered the 100 airmiles (from the flyer) without me asking her to - but of course, I secrety hoped they both worked like they did in the past! I feel I should have at least received the 150 air miles as that one was entered first!
Check your statement and see if you received both!

There was no flyer 100AM coupon for that week ending Thur. (Mar. 22) even though there was an email 150AM coupon.
I got both 100 AM(from the flyer & the email) for the week ending on Thur.(Mar. 1).
Did both 100AM shown on your receipt?
I still have not received the 150 AM from the email coupon of B100G150AM from the week ending on Thur. (Mar. 22) that many people were missing. Has anyone received that yet?

My receipt is dated March 23rd. It shows 317 air miles at the bottom. 100 (spend $100, get 100 AM), 150 (spend $100, get 150 AM), 50 (iTunes card) 17 (other). The Spend $100 get 100 AM is from the flyer starting March 23rd. The spend $100 get 150 is from the email and is valid Mar 20-25. I used two coupons for two separate 100 air miles back on Feb 25th and received both. Actually, I went through the check out twice that same day and received all 400 air miles! Maybe Safeway is now clamping down on the email & coupon combining. I still think that if they are only allowing one, they should have honored the first one entered, which was 150 AM's.

I still haven't gotten my 300. I got the other airmiles that showed on my receipt but not the bonus ones. I didn't try to use both coupons, just the B200G300AM.

I got the 150am. I didn't try to combine the bonus coupons. I shopped on March 25 and the airmiles showed up on my account a day or 2 ago.

Questions for those who've done a group buy:
(1) How long does it take to get the congratulatory email indicating that you'll receive the group buy item? Is it two business days as they say?
(2) When are the AM required for the group buy item deducted from your account balance?
(3) Does it really take 4-6 weeks to receive the group buy item?

It looks like everyone is missing the 150AM/300AM from that week by using the email coupon with or without combining with the flyer coupon. I only used the email coupon and I got all the AM on the same receipt, except the 150AM from the email coupon. I went to the Safeway store to complaint and they told me to call the Safeway head office. This is the first time the store didn't record the missing AM into their log book. Maybe the store knows something is wrong with its system. So I called the Safeway head office and opened a problem record. The head office gave me a ref# for the problem record. Has anyone called the head office?

Maybe you are lucky because you shopped on March 25, which was Sunday. Since the AM calculation cutoff day for a week is Sat., Sunday is the beginning of a new week. So it seems that people that shopped before March 25, Sunday, i.e. in the prev. week were missing the 150 AM. But people that shopped after March. 24, Sat., i.e. in the next week, got their 150 AM.

I called Safeway head office and they took down the info and said that there was a problem with those 150/300AM coupons. As we know, many people are missing miles. He said it would take 4-6 weeks to get the AM and that my claim will go through an 'investigation'.

Did they say what sort of "investigation". Sounds weird! So should we all call Head Office asking about those air miles?
