    I finally had the time to tally all of my savings from couponing for 2011. I did really good and I am quite happy with the result.

    This was done without stacking, without any printables and I also stay away from using coupons in any way that can spark a debate with a cashier.

    Here goes:

    Coupons used: $3,383
    SDM Redemption: $2,650
    PC Points: $ 260
    MIR: $ 492
    Coop Cash: $ 56
    Surveys: $ 60
    Airmiles: $ 20
    GC in trade: $ 40
    HBC Points: $ 10
    Free movie tickets: $ 60

    The grand total is $7,031. Now I can't wait for someone to tell me (no one on this forum for sure!!) that couponing is a waste of time!

    OP. I am impressed with the free movie tickets most of all. With what they try to charge for movies these days, I think you scored really big there.

    The movie tickets were from the M&M and Maltesers promotion. I got 4 from that promotion and 2 extra ones from trade. I calculated them to be $10 a piece totalling $60 for the 6 of them.

I have been keeping track of my spending this year, and although it is time-consuming, seeing what I've saved from coupons, rewards programs, etc really keeps me motivated to continue couponing and shopping smarter.
