I purchased at least one item from each line. Had to mail them in separately as that was the instruction I got from their customer service. The checks also came in individually. Waste of postage actually.

Got 5 rebates today. Still more to come. I sent in forms with photocopy of receipt and UPC code since mine didn't have the rebate sticker.

Still waiting on mine--- I'm starting to get a little worried about listening to the CS rep who said not to worry about not having stickers... I even offered to send in the UPC and she said not to bother. I'm so glad I haven't taken anything out of the package--- my gut instincts tell me I'm going to have a fight on my hands
