Thread: a surprise from kinder

So like alot of us I bought some kinder easter 4 pack eggs on clearance for like 2.50 but when my DD opened them 3 of the 4 had the same toy inside 2 were even the same color
So I wrote a letter to them letting them know what happened and they wrote me back stating due to machine packing it can happen but they were understanding on my DD feeling for what happened. This email was sent on friday they had requested my address and today in my mailbox I received 3 toys in the envie. my DD will be so happy. Very great service from kinder A+

really i bought the 3 pack for my son for easter and same thing happened and i wrote them right after easter about it as he was super disappointed too but they never wrote me back or anything, what a bummer, im glad they honored your email... maybe ill have to email them again about this issue.. its so sad... and to see your childs face with such disappointment is so sad
* well i emailed them back, hopefully they will do this for my son as well as he now doesnt ask for them anymore and he used to ask for them at every store .. im sure all you moms have been down the road with your kids always asking for them

my son loves kinder surprise....i heard that the kinder chocolate is one of the better ones to be giving your kids since it is pure chocolate not the candy coated stuff.

I had that happen when I bought these for a granddaughter too, but she was happy to have all the same, she said "look grandma, it's a whole family"....she's 4

i was reading online and found a article about kindersurprise not to be shipped or sold in the US due to small parts of the toys .. Glad i live in Canada cuz my kids love them even after the toy mishap.
