First off I am sorry for your lost, and second, try to be relaxed. I know you want to have a baby asap, but putting stress on yourself will also not help either. Make sure as well your husband is ready to try again as well, and make sure not to put to much pressure on him as well. Best of luck to you and I hope it happens soon!

I am currently TTC for number 1 had numerous miscarriages and now going to a RE in Burlington for some fertility drugs. What I do is chart my temperatures every morning and there is a good free site www.fertilityfriend.com Also another good site is http://www.twoweekwait.com/community...hp?name=Forums place to learn about TTC. I get preseed to help the little swimmers and use OPK from dollarama and start testing from CD10. You can try BD (baby dance) every other day unless good swimmers than every day. Plus look at body signs - ovulation pains, cervical mucous etc

I have become obsessive about checking them, but at least they keep me from driving DH nuts with having to hear it all, I guess...

Oh god, the peestick sections can be just as bad for obsessing - trying to tell if there's a faint, faint line or if it's an evap... embarrassed to say I've probably wasted several hours examining other women's peestick photos

A laugh for you: I had my computer in the kitchen last week working while I had something baking in the oven (LOL, not the obvious "bun in the oven" pun). I took a break from my work and went on countdowntopregnancy.com and started voting on the "unsure" tests.... DH walked in as I was doing this and said, "What the hell?!?!? ....Are those.... those little sticks you pee on? What are you doing?" I explained the site, and he said, "So, people upload photos and you vote on whether you think the test is positive or negative?!?" I nodded, then he said "Okay, I think you're officially turning into one of those crazy internet pregnancy ladies..." and walked away. I have yet to reclaim all my dignity after that exchange

some times people post the strangest things on those forums. on tww forum under tww section someone put a pic of the EWCM on a Kleenex and took a picture. my bf was sitting beside me and he thought snot and I was like no vaginal fluid. he just looked away fast

Oh dear Lord, I'd never get my dignity back if DH caught me checking that out!!

That's another good tip for the ttc people though - if you have mucous problems (esp. if you are on fertility meds), take a spoonful of plain robitussin (active ingredient is guaifenesin) 3-4 times a day to thin out your mucous and give those swimmers a better chance. You only need to do this for the few days before ovulation and O-day itself... more than that is just getting icked out by cough syrup for nothing

oh wow!! i'm glad i found this thread! to the original OP, so sorry to hear about your recent miscarriage but kudos to you for getting back up and ttc again right away. my DH and i are actually ttc right now too!! (currently in our 2nd month ttc). i'm actually excited and happy to see that there are quite a few of us SC'rs in the same boat right now! spreading baby dust around to us all!

No need to regret... it's a sperm-friendly lubricant. Most lubricants are either outright spermicidal or otherwise aren't of an ideal pH to support the lil' swimmers. Preseed is supposed to be the gold standard in this regard.
