You know all the would of had to do is credit you guys. I know Bill would of been absolutely thrilled to have his photography used by NASA! Now because they ripped off your work and have shown no respect you need to be paid for use of the photo! What jerks.

Great photo....dumb question but did you post it on facebook? I think facebook can sell photos you post as once you upload it it becomes their property too....

NASA takes photos on hillsides above towns? It isn't a shot through a telescope, from an observatory, or from space! It's a picture of the moon, so NASA must have taken it, right?

It's really unfortunate, but I'm with Koolaid on this one. Many websites nowadays have in their "fine print" a clause that states the photos become their property, and they can use for their purposes etc. etc. Hello facebook! I wouldn't actually be surprised if this site also has such a clause.
