Found the French link, it all went through fine and fairly quickly.

I know I got mine since I got the confirmation page, but I got no email notice as well. for those that email had been used, I think it means their system got your request in there.

I hope mine went through. Got to the confirmation page after waiting and refreshing but the first time I did it there was a error with my email apparently and the second time I did it it went though. Hope it comes anyways :S
