i finally been getting a couple the last couple weeks....can anybody tell me how long do you have to be a member to get up to $5 cheques? Think it will be a year at some point this year...can't recall exactly when i signed up but i am guessing August/Septemberish last year.

I hadn't heard from them since February, so i tried to login to my account, just found it's "invalid", i sent an email to Karen, and she replied me rapidly saying periodically, they have to refresh the membership, unfortunately, mine is discontinued.
This really sucks, i was a member about 3 years and got $5 per survey completion. beginning of this year, i was out of Canada, they sent something to me for testing, of course i was not able to do so, after that, i never got surveys from them. I think the other reason perhaps(????) they want to get rid of $5 per survey as the market is down?? just guessing. it used to my top survey panel. i am disappointed....

Aw, that's too bad jessie... I'm an oldie, as well. I just did a survey and one a few weeks ago. Not as many as usual, but maybe that's because of the summertime.

i haven't been getting their survey for more than 3 months and after i read your message here, i tried to log in to my account this morning ~ guess what,it becomes invalid account as well!!!!
i've been with them since 2007, guess they might think i've earned enough $$$ from them already!!! how sad!!!
i think they should at least notify us when they close our account!!
anyway, i still think they're the best survey comany ~ good luck folks!!!

I believe the $5 incentive applies to older members as that was the rate per survey offered at one point in time. I'm under the impression that if when you registered your incentive was $3 per survey, it'll stay $3.

i believe so too. i signed up recently as well. and it's a $3 incentive for me as well. I can't complain since i've been trying to sign up with them for awhile now!!

I just got my first $3 cheque today too - but I put my paypal e-mail in after the first survey so I can get paid that way from now on. And today I also got another survey. Very good compensation still taking into account their surveys are nice!
