    This is what I did with one of Ariel's treasures. Needed something to store my samples and to use up otherwise unusable space in my laundry room. Amazing what a lick of paint and some cubbies will do.

    The rush is done, I still have 3 more move in this week but it shouldn't be too complicated. Since I have a student building, many have roomates and they even jam 3 people in a 4 1/2 (they are big) and now some have graduated and/or can't stand their roomates so they move out seperatly. That creates multiple move out for 1 apt.

    AND since I have been here since October only and the previous manager was a lazy crap head, I had some tenant clean up to do, aka, make sure they don't renew...

    So... Starting Saturday 6 am I had 7 of them going out while 5 were coming in. Sunday I had 5 going out and 3 coming in... I only have 1 elevator and so little patience....

    All the stuff people didnt want was garbage, I made sure they cleaned up after themselves this year!!!

    Thought I'd throw this out there.... if someone leaves behind a satellite dish.... even damaged... I'd be interested for a backyard project
