    So yesterday I went to LD - closer to where i live and got 3 bottles of conditioner, 2 bottles of shampoo, and 3 hairsprays - all herbal essences!


    3 conditoners X 3.00 = 9.00
    2 shampoo X 3.00 = 6.00
    3 Hairsprays X 4.00 = 12.00
    total = 27.00

    I price matched Safeway one day sale of 4 for 5 on any herbal essence plus used the herbal essence coupon from the P&G inserts.

    Total Cost after tax = $6.84

    Although not a huge savings it is one of my best so far!

    I took advantage of the Safeway sale and the coupons as well.

    I had to bug my neighbours for their coupons but it was worth it.

    .75 cents each plus tax.

    OMG! Can I ask what P&G insert you used? I saw that Safeway deal and wanted to get it for a friend, but I couldn't find any Herbal Essence in my last P&G!

    It was in the new P&G insert that we just got Wednesday/Thursday.

    It was on a purple page with an Aussie (?) coupon below it.

    It had all the usual...nice and easy, Gillette, Pantene....always good...
