OK Aphena....I have THE name!!

I did a little research so that I could think of a name that was unique, yet had some meaning. I looked up Russian Blues. Now, I'm not claiming I know enough to debate with anyone, but this is what I understood.

Many cat experts do not consider the medium to long haired blues, real Russian Blues. (I think they are much prettier than the short haired ones)

Anyway, a breed called Nebulung was started in the early 80's by someone named Cobb. In the first litter, there was only one medium/long haired Blue. It's name was Siegfried.

So, that's the perfect name....

Siegfried....maybe Sieg or Sieggie for short.

Since not sure who looks at recipe link, does anyone have a good tried and tasted recipe for cooking a roast beef in the crockpot?

that's what we had yesterday for lunch. I made it sat.

1 3lb roast beef
1 clove garlic, smashed and chopped.
4 potatoes quartered
4 med carrots, chunked.
1 onion, chunked (go easy on the onions, i find the crockpot makes em strong)
salt, pepper, marjoram (few shakes) optional
1/2 c beef stock

throw garlic and onions in first, top with vegs, and roast, sprinkle with seasoning, pour over stock. cook 8-10 hrs on low. you can thicken the gravy afterwards.

I tried all kinds of names/words transated to Russian and I couldn't read any of them except Kucka for kitty.

i couldn't find a way of browsing to use it as a screensaver (that was weird, cause i did b4), but i did set it as desktop wallpaper. it's awesome. my son will love it. thanks kaela! gotta go switch back to my user so i can get that damn book! 7 mins to go.
