So my DH doesnt like to go shopping with me so I had to spend some time convincing him.
We walked to our local Loblaws, i know prices are too high but we just needed a couple of small items.
So as we were finishing out shopping I tell him i want to check out the reduced/clearance section.
He just wanted to get home, so I told him just give me 5min and we can go. (DH really really REALLY hates shopping lol)
So to our wonderful surprise we found a big box of oatmeal, the packets ones with 4-5 diff flavors, for 50% off thats 55 packets for $4.19
Needless to say my DH was so happy he did a little happy dance at checkout lol
So hubby now has breakfast for at least 2 monthsThis thread is currently associated with: Loblaws

Good for you ..do you think he's converted? my Dh is not a fan of shopping either, that is shopping for food he could spend all day in a hardware store lol .My trick is park him somewhere is the store(our favorite store has an eat in deli with a few tables) and let him read the newspaper or a magazine while I shop, that way I can take my time scoping out the bargains and he gets caught up on his news.

It pays to look in reduced/clearance section! Nice find! I think our spouses generally find couponing is more exciting when it is to their benefit and something they like/enjoy!
