my 6 year old grandson gets frustrated because he says some of the games don't award points? Is he confused or doing something wrong - or is he correct?

Nope no calendar for me yet either! on the up side 3 or 4 more days and the chapmans truck is mine! yay my son is gonna be so happy when they comes!

He`s right. I do the puzzles and I often don`t get points if I do the medium or easy levels. Don`t have any problems with the hard level though.

Man Chapmans must hate me or something. Anything I order from them now never comes! I've made like 5 orders. Nothing at all has arrived lol.
Maybe they didn't like that I was ordering stuff for other people in the past and banned me! Oh well.

How long has it been since you ordered it? I got mine in roughly 2-3 weeks.

I usually get between 300 to 900 points on the space monkey game, once I got 1200, and I'll just leave it at that. (I know the max for the day is 600 so go figure)

Many times I noticed the same thing--but after hitting "play more games" it usually adds the points to the total. Hope this helps.

I was asked when I ordered my coupon. I think it was about the 10th of Jan. I also requested my free coupon off their regular website around the same time. The requested coupon arrived about a week before the kids club one did.

ok dies anyone else find the chapmans site the slowest on the internet? I know its free prizes but to get the 600 points takes me over 2 hours now to play the games, and over 10 minutes just to log in and my computer is fine on any other site. It can't just be me.
