it is not an offer it is not on clearance it is an end cap in a cardboard display. really this is why people do not post deals.

I found these awhile back..got 8 of them if I remember correctly. They were on clearance for $4. Used the $3 off any schick razor printable coupon on them. Had no issues..so I'm sure the $4 one will work just fine! Nice score.

okay what I think an offer is, as there are many way to interpret this statement. A store offers a product for purchase, A store offers a product on sale for a reduced price, a store has an offering of a bonus (free gift or bonus points) when you purchase product.
So to say NOT to be combined with any other "OFFER" really makes no sense. EVERY STORE that accepts coupons is offering the product for purchase.
