Full credit going to ontest for recording the following information.

    Last year looked like this:

Nov. 3-11, 20x points WUS 75$ on cosmetics.
Nov. 5-18, 8000 points WUS 150$ on gift cards (divided between a minimum of 2 gift cards and per transaction).
Nov. 12-18, 20x points WUS 20$ on vitamins and natural products.
Nov. 12-18, 20x points WUS 50$ on derma products.
    Nov. 19, 20x WUS 50$.
Nov. 23, 15 000 points coupon WUS 75$ (points added later).
    Nov. 26-Dec. 2, 12 000 points WUS 75$ on fragrances and perfumes.
Nov. 26-Dec. 2, 20x points on Revlon products.
Nov. 26-Dec. 2, 15x points WUS 30$ on Quo products.

If last year is any indication to what is coming up before the next mega redemption (if there is one), then you still have plenty of time to build your optimum points.

Thanks for the heads up. Anyone recommend a camera that shoppers sells? Had several cannon power shots and their crap!

I have the Fujifilm Finepix. Although I find it goes through batteries quickly (uses 4x regular AA batteries), it does the job just fine (much better than my old Kodak EasyShare). Good quality/price ratio imo.

My daughter is into photography and loves it, so I got her a new camera last year at SDM. Aftering check them all out on the internet we purchased a fugi xs2800 and it was on sale for 229.00 and she loves it. She likes it way better the my husband's sony and my kodac. I would recommend them.

The cameras at Shoppers, are those special items they bring in for certain flyers or are they there all the time?

If they're there all the time, then are these flyer prices sales or are they just advertising the regular price?

I bought the Nintendo DSI XL today for 129.99 advertised in the flyer for 179.99!!! Glad I bought it today rather then waiting for Mega. Anyone else get this deal at thier Shoppers. Going to go back and buy one to donate for xmas. Was going to get a Wii but this is a great deal for some kid who has nothing!

So who did a bonus redemption today? I got an Acer netbook for my dad for Christmas plus a few other things to bring me to $200.00. It was marked $299.00 in the store and rang in at $179.99.

IMO the best that shoppers carries is the sony cybershot. (not counting their new canon slr)
We have one thats great to slip in your pocket or purse when we don't want to carry around our large (more expensive) Nikon.
The more pixels, the higher its going to cost. You can't buy a $99 camera expecting it to take the same type of picture a $299 one takes.

Not to put snuff's post down. but yes, I fuji probably does look good compared to a Kodak. Kodak was known for their film cameras, their digital cameras are the worse of the worst. Which is why they are slowly going out of business. Shutterfly even bought out their online and developing business.

Also, you want one with a rechargable battery. You can buy an extra for about $40.
If the camera requires you to use regular AA batteries -avoid it.
Its going to eat batteries and its lacking new technology.

The one in the flyer is NOT the Nintendo DSI XL its the Nintendo 3D DS XL. The DSI are much cheaper then the 3D one.

That's what I was wondering. I showed her the flyer and she brought me this one. Is the only diffrence the 3D part? I read on the back that the 3D is not good for kids under 6. My daughter is 4 so I think I will keep this one.

I redeemed $200 and I got my son's Nintendo 3D DS XL this morning for $179.99 and got some Dr Pepper, cookies, and 2 lean cuisines. I'm a happy camper. Debating now to go and get a netbook or not. Decisions, decisions.

On the 3DS you can adjust the level of 3D-ness on it, you can even turn off 3d if you want. I am thinking about getting 1 for myself, last year I got two 3DS for my nephews.

I noticed not that many people redeem today...gonna be very busy at Mega redemptionn day.
