Yikes, I am a victim of this absurd points loss fiasco. This was one party I did not want to be invited to. I think I lost somewhere btw 30-40 thousand - boo hoo .... and so I must contact and request my points to be reinstated .... after I buy a case of coke of course (not!).

I got a new cap today too with July 31/13 expiry! Lets hope for some new rewards in the new year(or before).

to be honest I don't get why people are whining about lost points.. you know the rules, 90 days without a pin or purchase and your account gets emptied. This has been the rule for a LONG time. Anyone who actively collects icoke pins should know this no?

that being said I don't think its fair they take them away if you're inactive.

I just found this out and I've been collecting for about 6 months, maybe more now.

yea its been actively enforced for at least 2 years now and it is in the terms and conditions on the website

If your iCoke Points account is inactive for a period of 90 consecutive calendar days, your iCoke Points will expire. This means that if you do not enter PINs to earn iCoke Points or if you do not spend any of the iCoke Points you have in your iCoke Points account for a period of 90 consecutive calendar days, all iCoke Points in your iCoke Point account will expire without further notice.

My points are back, no email from them. I noticed they were gone sometime last week and sent off an email. I was never sent any warnings like I have had in the past so I thought it was worth a shot.

I was entering some codes last night... and one of the codes were smudged. So I thought I'd take a chance and email iCoke. Today I get an email and say they have adjusted my account and added 500 points. ...that was quick!

Yes iCoke is good like that. Ive emailed them a couple of times about smudged PINS and have always gotten a positive reply.

Has anyone seen icoke pins on Diet Coke recently? It seems like none of the new bottles have pins. I'm a Diet Coke addict. Can't bear the sweet Coke Zero or Coke. Frustrating couple of months.
